INFORMATION MEETING IN THE KINDERGARTEN

 

•         On the basis of the confirmation of the attendance commencement, the "Open Day" is organized in the kindergarten or individual meetings.

•         On this day, the parents are invited who already have the start confirmed or they want to have a look at the kindergarten

•         The school director and representatives of the school management take part in this meeting

•         The parents are invited to this day by e-mail or by phone

•         The important part of the meeting is always the presence of children who can look around the new environment

•         At the meeting, the following agenda is discussed: CHILD ATTENDANCE, TEACHING STAFF, DIVISION OF CLASSES, ADAPTATION OF SMALLER CHILDREN, DIET, DAILY PROGRAMME, STAYING OUTSIDE, ŠVP PV, INDIVIDUAL CARE, KINDERGARTEN TOUR, FINANCES, INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES, MENU, INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN (nappies, dummy, baby formula, allergies, illness), NUMBER OF CHILDREN PER A TEACHER, ACTIONS IN THE KINDERGARTEN, HEALTH WEEKS (doctors visiting the kindergarten), OPENING HOURS IN THE KINDERGARTEN

•         After information provided by the kindergarten staff the  parents can ask their questions

•         At the end of the meeting, an agreement is signed with the parents

 

OTHER INFORMATION

 

•         After the information meeting, the parents are contacted via e-mail

•         It contains the necessary information about the commencement, such as: LIST OF THINGS NECESSARY FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF SCHOOL ATTENDANCE, INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANGING ROOM, QUESTIONNAIRE FOR CHILDREN, REGISTRATION SHEET, CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA, CONSENT TO COLLECT THE CHILDREN.

•         The parents will send the completed questionnaire back together with the medical certificate ( a child can attend the kindergarten)  and with a copy of medical insurance card

•         Calling off the children (for each reported absence)

 

THE DAY OF STARTING ATTENDANCE

 

•         Before each start, the kindergarten informs the parents about any change in the commencement

•         On the day of start, the parents are welcomed by the director or her deputy

•         After the arrival, they are taken to the changing room where they will select a symbol

•         After changing, the parents and children are taken to the relevant class

•         In the class, they are familiarized with the teachers who will inform them about the course of the class

•         Based on the child's age, the parents also discuss with the teachers its individual needs

•         In case of smaller children, the parents already discussed their adaptation with the management (a child is slowly getting used to the kindergarten)

•         After the first day, the parents are informed about it and about the course of following days

•         Every day, the parents are in direct contact with the management and teachers, so individual care is properly discussed
